Shane Jasmine Young  |  Attorney

Shane Jasmine Young

Shane grew up in Las Vegas, graduating Valedictorian from Green Valley High School in 1997. In April 2000, five months pregnant with identical twins, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After college, Shane and her family moved back to Las Vegas where she attended UNLV’s Boyd School of Law and earned her law degree in 2004, graduating Cum Laude and receiving the Dean’s Award.

During law school, Shane served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Lloyd D. George and was published in the Nevada Law Journal, also serving on the Law Review as the Nevada Law Editor. In addition, she received CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in multiple courses, including Lawyering Process III, Real Property, and Commercial Law.

Following law school, Shane worked in private practice for two prestigious national law firms. She was fortunate to gain experience in many different areas of law, including transactional, regulatory, and litigation. As a law firm attorney, Shane had three more children, who inspired her to continue her commitment to serving our community, specifically representing minors through the Children’s Attorney Project.

The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has recognized Shane for her Pro Bono work and volunteering hundreds of hours to providing free legal services to those in need. Shane has been selected for the “40 Under 40” Award by In Business and named among the Legal Elite by Nevada Business Magazine as well.

Shane is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice in the Nevada State Court, United States District Court for the District of Nevada, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.

The Young Girls  |  Interns

Young Family

As the daughters of Charles and Shane, the Young Girls – Caira, Shaira, Caylyn, Camryn, and Samara – have grown up with the understanding that each family or team member has a part to play and an expectation to contribute. Whether its passing out flyers, setting up for an event, speaking to attendees at a presentation, maintaining our CRM, or making copies, they know that it takes a lot of work to run a business. Having watched their parents build a life and business together from the ground up, the Young Girls reject the sense of entitlement that is common among young people; instead they earn their privileges and appreciate what it takes to reach success. They apply the same type of work ethic in school as they excel in academics as well as their extracurricular activities, particularly, basketball.
